NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 26th April 2022 Ei Group Ltd applied to Dorset Councils Partnership for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Antelope Hotel, 13 West Street, Wareham BH20 4JS.
The proposed licensable activities are:-
1. The provision of plays, films, indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music, performance of dance, anything of a similar description and sale of alcohol 0800 to 0000 Sundays to Thursdays and 0800 to 0100 on Fridays and Saturdays.
2. Late Night Refreshment 2300 to 0000 Sundays to Thursday and 2300 to 0100 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Please note -This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Section, Dorset Council, County Hall, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1XJ or by e-mailing licensingteamb@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk no later than 24th May 2022 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Dorset Councils Partnership and the record of the application may be inspected at the Council offices.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
