APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Reading Associates LTD of/whose registered office is situate at 36 Alie Street, London, E18 8DA made an application to the Reading Borough Council for the renewal of a licence for a sex establishment at 108 Friar Street, Reading, RG1 1EP on the 25th April 2022.

2. This application Is made pursuant to Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

3. Any person who wishes to object to the renewal of this licence must give notice in writing to the Council, stating in general terms the grounds of his objection, by 23RD MAY 2022. It must be 28 days from the date of application for the renewal of the licence.

4. All objections should be sent in writing to the Licensing Team, Reading Borough Council, Civic Centre, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU, stating the grounds of objection.
