On 25th January 2022 Argyll and Bute Council submitted to Scottish Ministers the above proposed plan for examination.
A copy of the proposed plan is available for inspection at the planning authority's office at 1A Manse Brae, Lochgilphead, PA31 8RD during normal opening hours and at every public library within the plan area (subject to the need to control the incidence or transmission of coronavirus). Opening hours for the Council office can be found on the website:

The Scottish Ministers have appointed Alasdair Edwards MA (Hons) MRTPI to carry out the examination of the above plan. Additional reporters may be appointed to aid the speedy delivery of the report. The administration of the examination will be carried out by the Scottish Government's Planning and Environmental Appeals Division (DPEA).
The planning authority has provided the reporter with a summary of the issues (Schedule 4 Forms) it considers should be assessed at examination. Copies of representations received and further information to support the examination have also been submitted.
In addition, information about the examination, the Schedule 4 Forms, Further Information Requests, Further Information Responses, Documents Lists, any Hearing Statements and, in due course, the Examination Report can be viewed on the DPEA website at:
