(Public Footpath No.127 (Part) In the Parish of Wilmslow)
Notice is hereby given that the Secretary of State for Transport in pursuance of the powers conferred upon him by section 15 (5) of the aforementioned Act has approved the Order effective from the 25 October 2018 being extended and continuing in force until the 25 April 2023. The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit pedestrians on part of the following Public Right of Way:
That length of Public Footpath No. 127 in the Parish of Wilmslow commencing at OSGR SJ 8649 8328 and running in a generally north easterly direction for approximately 170m to OSGR SJ 8665 8335. This closure is necessary to protect the public from dangers associated with the construction of a new access road that crosses the line of the footpath. Details of alternative route: An alternative route has been provided by Jones Homes Ltd pedestrians are advised to use the alternative route.
