Bracknell Forest Borough Council (A332 Swinley Road, Winkfield) (50 Mph Speed Limit) Order 2022

Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order under Sections 84 (1) and (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (The Act') the effect of which will be to introduce a 50 miles per hour speed limit on:
I) A332 Swinley Road, Winkfield between it's junction with A322 Bagshot Road and a point 115m south of it junction with A332 Kings Ride.

The Order was made on the 29th day of April 2022 and will come into operation on the 9th day of May 2022.
Copies of the Draft Order, Map and Statement of Reasons may be inspected free of charge at Bracknell Forest Borough Council, Time Square, Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire RG12 1JD between 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Fridays.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions, on the ground that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act, or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with, may within 6 weeks from the 4th day of May 2022, make application for this purpose to the High Court.
