Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or interest in the estate of Patrick Croake late of 5 Mude Gardens, Mudeford, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 4AR who died on the 21 July 2013 are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-signed on or before 30 December 2013 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute assets having only regard to valid claims then notified.
