Parkside Community Association (Willington) The Conrmittee of Parkside Community Association hereby gives notice of an extra-ordinary meeting of all members of the Association and residents living in the area of benefit to discuss and consider the following motion: "The management committee unanimously agrees the dissolution of Parkside Community Association (Willington). Any assets remaining after the satisfaction of any proper debts and liabilities shall be applied towards charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of the area of benefit as the manasement committee may decide." The meeting will be held at 6pm on the 19tn November 2013 at Parkside Academy, The Learning Centre Hall Lane, Willington, Crook, DL15 oQF.
