North Ayrshire Council intend to undertake pre-application consultation in relation to a proposed licensable marine activity at Largs Bay, Largs. The proposed development comprises the replacement of the existing seawall in Largs which runs along the northern seaward section of the promenade at Largs Bay, between Aubery Crescent and the RNLI Slipway.

An in-person public consultation event will take place on Monday 27th June between 12 noon and 7pm, in the Brisbane House Hotel, 14 Greenock Road, Largs KA30 8NE. The prospective applicant and their agent, RP5 will be available to talk through the proposals and answer any queries An online/telephone consultation event will be held on Tuesday 28th June, between 12 noon and 7pm, where the prospective applicant and their agent, RPS will be available to talk through the proposals and answer any queries.
