HYSBYSIAD trwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Penfro wedi gwneud gorchymyn o dan adran 14 o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 fel y*i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991.

Mae'r gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol fel y gellir gwneud gwaith gostegu traffig a gwelliannau i'r llwybr cerdded.

Effaith y gorchymyn fydd gwahardd dros dro yr holl draffig cerbydol oni bai am gerbydau eithriedig rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o South Road, Penfro - o'i chyffbrdd a West Street, i'r gorllewin i bwynt wrth fynedfa rhif 27 South Road.
Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig fydd ar hyd St Daniels Hill (B4139), Common Road (A4319), Bridgend Terrace a Merchants Park.

Y bwriad yw y bydd y cyfyngiadau, a fydd yn cael eu dangos gan arwyddion flyrdd priodol, yn dod i rym ddydd Llun 9 Mai 2022 ac yn parhau mewn grym am oddeutu pump wythnos.

Bydd y gorchymyn yn parhau i fod yn ddilys am uchafswm o 12 mis fel cynllun wrth
gefn pe bai angen aildrefnu'r gwaith neu os bydd unrhyw amgylchiadau annisgwyl,

The County Of Pembroke (South Road, Pembroke (Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicular Traffic) Order 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
is hereby given that Pembrokeshire County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991.
The Order is necessary so that traffic calming and footway improvements can be carried out.
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit all vehicular traffic other than exempted vehicles from proceeding along that section of South Road, Pembroke - from its junction with West Street west to a point at the access to no. 27 South Road. The alternative route for traffic will be via St Daniels Hill (B4319), Common Road (A4139), Bridgend Terrace and Merchants Park.
It is intended that the restrictions, which will be signed accordingly, will come into effect
on Monday 9* May 2022 and remain in force for approximately 5 weeks.
The Order will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months as a contingency
should the works need to be rescheduled or in the event of any unforeseen
circumstances.
