NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that WE, Tesco Stores Limited of Tesco House, Shire Park, Kestrel Way, Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom, AL7 1GA have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Tesco Express, of, Unit C, 6 Woodchurch Road, Birkenhead, CH41 2UF for the following Licensable Activities: -Nature of Licensable Activity and Days and Hours Requested:
* The sale by retail of alcohol (off the premises) Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00

* The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00
