Application Number: NY/2022/0072/FUL Proposed development at Langton CP School, Main Street, Langton, Malton, North Yorkshire, Y017 9QP. I give notice that Corporate Director Luke Children & Young Peoples Services is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for Erection of a single storey extension (39sq.m). Modification to existing boundary wall including re-location of existing steps, wall mounted external lights. The part of the village within which the proposed development is situated has been designated a Conservation Area under the above Act as the area is of special architectural or historic interest the character of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, & other documents submitted with the application at Ryedale District Council, Planning Department, Ryedale House, Malton, North Yorkshire during all reasonable hours until 25/05/22. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
