PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925

NOTICE is given that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Neville Manby late of Gwyndy Penparc Cardigan Ceredigion SA43 1 RE (who died on 5th October 2016 and a Grant of Probate was granted to Katy Hanson on 25th November 2021) out of the High Court of Justice England and Wales Principal Registry of the Family Division Harlow) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors on or before 21 st July 2022 after which date the said executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which she then has had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands she then has not had notice.
