Notice is hereby given that on 11 April 2022 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Spark and Rocket Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC512647) and having its registered office at 227 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2ND, ("the Company") craving the Court inter alia to order that the Company be wound up by die Court and that Joint Interim Liquidators be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 27 April 2022 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, and, in the meantime, appointed Brian Milne and David McGinness, Insolvency Practitioners of French Duncan LLP 133 Finnieston Street, Glasgow G3 BHB, to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the Company; all of which notice is hereby given.
