Somerset County Council District of Sedgemoor Parish of Moorlinch Temporary Closure of Moor Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of Its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Moor Road - from the junction with Spring Lane, northwards for a total distance of 100 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to renew a stop tap. The Order becomes effective on 3rd May 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 11th May 2022 and last until 13th May 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days. Please visit
