Town And Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 & The Town And Country Planning (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Springfield Properties PLC give notice of their intention to submit a planning application for: Planning Permission for Residential development with access, landscaping and associated infrastructure on land adjacent to Pendeen Road, Barlanark, Glasgow, G33 4SH

Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, public consultation on the proposed development will be held online at: https://www.springfield.co.uk/pendeen_road This will be live from Wednesday 4th May 2022 with information and the opportunity to provide feedback. This will also feature an online public consultation event on Wednesday 11th May at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.The public will be able to join any of these events to hear information about the site. Members of the Project Team will be available on these occasions to respond to questions submitted via the website and furthermore additional comments can be provided for a period of 14 days thereafter. The deadline for submitting feedback on this will be Wednesday 25th May 2022.

Further information may be obtained from: https://www.springfield.co.uk/pendeen_road Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Wednesday 25th May 2022 via the website or by email to matthew.rose@springfield.co.uk. If you are aware of someone who does not have internet access and is looking for hard copies of the information boards and feedback form, if you can provide us with their name and address we can send this onto them following the event.

Please note, comments on the proposal during this pre-application consultation are to the prospective applicant and not a formal representation to Glasgow City Council. When a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations directly to Glasgow City Council during the statutory notification period.
