Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: FOOTPATH 41, DARLINGTON - Entirely An alternative route will be signed via Bridleway 39 Darlington, Bridleway 2 Hurworth and Footpath 3 Hurworth.
The Order is necessary to allow construction works.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure
under this Order is 6 months commencing from
4th May 2022.
