Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Redevelopment of site to provide sui generis flatted residential development (build to rent) with associated access, landscaping and other associated works at site formerly known as 21 Herschell Street, Glasgow. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online at www.calmontgroup.com/herschellstreet/ from Friday 29th April 2022. Further information can be obtained via the website or by email to herschellst@iceniprojects.com. A live interactive consultation will take place on Wednesday 11th May 2022 between 3pm and 7pm. During this time, members of the project team will be available to respond to questions received via phone and email to tel. 0141 648 6701 or herschellst@iceniprojects.com. If you wish to make comments on the proposals, you may do so via the website or be email (herschellst@iceniprojects.com) by no later than Wednesday 1st June 2022.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
