Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposal: Redevelopment of site to provide sui generis flatted residential development (build to rent) with associated access, landscaping and other associated works at site formerly known as 21 Herschell Street, Glasgow. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online at www.calmontgroup.com/herschellstreet/ from Friday 29th April 2022.
