(Winstree Road, Stanway) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Winstree Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Wheatfield Road to its junction with Holly Road a distance of approximately 215m.
2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' in that length of Winstree Road, Stanway in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Wheatfield Road to its junction with Holly Road a distance of approximately 215m.
The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The restrictions are scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 6 nights (19:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP20153066037 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restrictions are required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Winstree Road, Blackberry Road, Warren Lane, Church Lane, Tollgate Road, Tollgate Roundabout, London Road, Villa Road, Chapel Road, Winstree Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Aingers Green Road, Great Bentley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Aingers Green Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 60m south east of its junction with St Marys Road for a distance of approximately 185m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7011001136900 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent.
An alternative route is available via Weeley Road, Plough Road, Colles Brook Road, Straight Road, Wick Road, Aingers Green Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh/Dedham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Coggeshall Road, Ardleigh in the District of Tendring/Borough of Colchester, from the junction with Long Road East to the junction with Harwich Road a distance of approximately 1450m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2327018 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Long Road East, Bargate Lane, Harwich Road, Coggeshall Road and vice versa.

(King Coel Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of King Coel Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Halstead Road to its junction with London Road a distance of approximately 195m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328273 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Nayland Road, Colchester) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Nayland Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 40m south of its junction with Nayland Road Roundabout for a distance of approximately 250m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 3 nights (18:00-07:00), or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010680559 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Northern Approach Road, Via Urbis Romanae, Chariot Way Roundabout, North Station Roundabout, Bergholt Road, Mile End Road and vice versa (with access into Nayland Road).

(Perry Lane, Langham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Perry Lane, Langham in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Grove Hill for a distance of approximately 500m in an easterly direction to its end. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (A5001ESS004801138 -County Broadband Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by County Broadband Ltd.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Plough Road, Great Bentley in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 215m south east of its junction
with Keeble Court for a distance of approximately 250m in a south easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Victory Road, West Mersea in the Borough of Colchester, from a point approximately 140m east of its junction with Coast Road for a distance of approximately 90m in an easterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Weeley Road, Aingers Green in the District of Tendring, from a point approximately 25m west of its junction with St Marys Road for a distance of approximately 80m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037SM60019663 - Anglian Water).
