Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of 61b Balmoral Road, Watford, WD24 4ES, who died on 29th September 2021, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Administrator on or before Thursday 30th June 2022, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim they shall not then have had notice
