Effect of the order: To temporarily close Little Horkesley Road, Wormingford in the Borough of Colchester, approximately 40m from Gannons Chase for approximately 15 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 02/05/2022 to 06/05/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new foul sewer connection works are undertaken. The alternative route will be via Main Road(B1058), Colchester Road, Crabtree Lane, Holts Road, Cockrells Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 02/05/2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Eldred Avenue, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Devon Road to its junction with Gloucester Avenue a distance of approximately 155m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2328190 - Essex County Council). 2. To temporarily close that length of John Street, Brightlingsea in the District of Tendring, from its junction with High Street to its junction with Margaret Close a distance of approximately 55m.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Short Wyre Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Queen Street to its junction with Long Wyre Street a distance of approximately 55m.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Long Wyre Street, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Short Wyre Street to its junction with Culver Street East, as detailed in 'The Colchester Borough (Long Wyre Street, Colchester) (Prohibition of Entry) Order 2003' for the duration of the above closure only.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Colchester as specified in the schedule.
2. To temporarily introduce a 30mph speed limit in that length of road as detailed in the schedule.
3. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closures to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the restriction will be in force.
The Essex County Council (Colchester Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
