(Creeksea Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Creeksea Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 85m south west of its junction with Maldon Road for a distance of approximately 105m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 25th May 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SAWC7CV42R001 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Creeksea Lane, Ferry Road, Maldon Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Downs Road, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Downs Road, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 270m north west of its junction with North Street for a distance of approximately 90m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M8744 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water An alternative route is available via Downs Road, Victoria Road, High Street, North Street and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Mayland Hill, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Mayland Hill, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 225m south of its junction with Green Lane for a distance of approximately 160m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th May 2022 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M30323 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while remedial reinstatement works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Green Lane, Burnham Road - B1018, Main Road, Southminster Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Sheepcoates Lane, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheepcoates Lane, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 285m south west of its junction wtih Park Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 310m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC117000000000199342DNO1 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while plant transfer works are undertaken by Openreach.
An alternative route is available via Sheepcoates Lane, Church Lane, School Road, Park Wood Lane, and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
