APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Rotary Club of Billericay Mayflower hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of QE11 Field Sun Corner London Road Billericay Essex. The proposed licensable activity is: provision of live music as part of the Queen's Jubilee celebrations, on June 4, 2022, from 15.00 to 22.00.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to: -The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale.
