Northumberland County Council Definitive Map and Statement of Public Rights of Way For the County of Northumberland
Definitive Map Modification Order (No 3) 2022
The above Order, made on 8th April 2022, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by:-
Former Tynedale District
Public Footpath No 99 (Prudhoe Town)
Adding thereto a public footpath, from Restricted Byway No 74, 665 metres east of Keeper's Cottage (O.S. Grid Ref NZ 1074 6118), in a northerly direction for a distance of 380 metres, to join Public Footpath No 21, 535 metres east of Burn House (NZ 1081 6155).
These details are shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the Council Offices of the Queens Hall, Beaumont Street, Hexham, NE46 3LS and at Main Reception County Hall, Morpeth, NE46 3LS, during normal working hours. Any representations or objections relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Senior Legal Services Manager, at the address shown below no later than 23rd June 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made.
If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Northumberland County Council, instead of submitting the Order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the Order. If the Order is submitted to the Secretary of State for the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with it.
