ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Waldegrave Park, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Waldegrave Park, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Waldegrave Park, from a point outside No. 17 Waldegrave Park to a point outside No. 19 Waldegrave Park.
3. The order will come into effect on 8 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 08.00 and 13.00 on 8 May 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Waldegrave Road and Strawberry Vale and vice versa.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension Lichfield Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Lichfield Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the parking bay sited outside No.19 Lichfield Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 4 May 2022 until 30 April 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restricitons Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs and/or cones. The restrictions will be on a rolling basis.
3. The order will come into effect on 2 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 2 May 2022 until 10 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in St Margarets Grove, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in St Margarets Grove from its junction with Winchester Road to a point outside No. 60 St Margarets Grove.
3. The order will come into effect on 10 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress between 09.30 and 15.30 on 10 May 2022 only. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via St Margaret's Grove, Brook Road, Winchester Road, Sydney Road, Hill View Road, London Road, Chertsey Road and Cole Park Road.
5. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover and frame replacements in the carriageway, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Vine Road, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Vine Road, from its junction with Upper Richmond Road to a point outside No. 16 Vine Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 1 May 2022. The restrictions will remain in force overnights between 22.00 on 1 May 2022 until 05.00 on 2 May 2022 and again between 22.00 on 2 May 2022 until 05.00 3 May 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Vine Road, Upper Richmond Road, White Hart Lane, Mill Hill Road, Rocks Lane and Priests Bridge
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Bicester Road and Lambert Avenue, Richmond Meadlands Drive, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate delivery and collection of temporary accommodation to facilitate the holding of the London Local Authority Elections, they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the above-mentioned roads.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the lengths of streets at the times specified on the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The order will come into effect on 3 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 3 May 2022 until 6 May 2022. The provisions of the order will be in force where relevant signs/ cones are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
