West Street, Vary a Premises Licensing

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Marquis of Granby, 4 West Street, Epsom, KT18 7RG applied to Epsom and Ewell Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1. To vary the layout of the premises in accordance with plans supplied by the applicant. The only alteration being to license the external area as shown on the plans submitted to permit sale of alcohol, both on and off sales, within this area.
2. To remove a duplicated condition from the Premises Licence which is now covered by the mandatory conditions.
3. To update the premises licence holders contact details to - Email Licensing.admin@mbplc.com and telephone 0121 4984000.
