(Aston Rowant And Lewknor Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2022

NOTICE is given that on 25 April 2022 Oxfordshire County Council made the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The order, which comes into force on 2 May introduces a 20mph speed limit - replacing the existing 30mph speed limit - on some village roads within Aston Rowant as follows: Aston Rowant Road, Church Lane, The Green, Aston Gardens, School Lane and Plowden Park. Traffic calming measures comprising of 'Kerbed build-outs' will also be introduced on the B4009 Chinnor Road to accompany the new lower limit. The Oxfordshire County Council (Aston Rowant and Lewknor Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2011 is therefore revoked.
