(Deepdene Road, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deepdene Road, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Bushfields to its junction with Chequers Road a distance of approximately 100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD4HNG7X - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Chequers Road, Bushfields and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hoe Lane, Lambourne) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hoe Lane, Lambourne in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 490m southeast then south of its junction with New Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06021555/NG - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hoe Lane, Manor Road, New Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Norwood End, Fyfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Norwood End, Fyfield in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Greens Farm Lane for a distance of approximately 200m in a northeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WCTNRW0N - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.
The Order will come into effect on 5th May 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cottis Lane, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cottis Lane, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 40m in a northwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd May 2022 for 31 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231006347 - Epping Scaffolding Services Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while scaffolding erected for roofing works are undertaken by Epping Scaffolding Services Ltd. An alternative route is available via Cottis Lane, High Street, St Johns Road, Bakers Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Gladstone Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gladstone Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 45m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th May 2022
for 20 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001140370 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Gladstone Road, Russell Road, High Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 21st April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hilltop Close, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hilltop Close, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 75m southwest of its junction with Hilltop for a distance of approximately 25m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC412CHKNONSAWD2F660N-1 -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by Openreach. No diversion route available.

(Lindsey Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lindsey Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Frampton Road to its junction with James Street a distance of approximately 90m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC112KN-EPP-8012-FAL2 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while blockage clearance and duct laying works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Palmers Hill, High Street, High Road (with access only to Lindsey Street, Bury Lane) and vice versa.

(Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lippitts Hill, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 735m southeast of its junction with Mott Street for a distance of approximately 290m in a southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th May 2022 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008WD2G7M8Y01 - Openreach). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of School Lane, Abbess Beauchamp and Berners Roding in the District of Epping Forest from a point approximately 800m north of its junction with Birds Green for a distance of approximately 155m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2022 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30009596053 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Birds Green, Dunmow Road and vice versa.
