Café Mid Point Limited has given to Warrington Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence at premises La Boom French Restaurant- 101 Upper Floor London Road, Stockton Heath, Warrington WA4 6LG The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are: Restaurant/Live Performances Venue to permit the Sale of alcohol: Mon-Thu 16:00-23:00 Fri&Sat 12:00-01:00am Sunday 12:00-21:00. The Licensing Register of Warrington Borough Council is held at East Annexe, Town Hall, Sankey Street, Warrington, WA1 1UH and, where applicable, at www.warrington.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website.

Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Warrington Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than 31/05/2022 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5000.
