(As Amended) - Section 14(1) The Council of the Borough of St. Helens (Crank Road, Crank) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving, Order 2022)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 4th day of April, 2022, the St. Helens Borough Council made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as Amended), the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit a vehicle proceed in either direction along Crank Road outside Crank House Farm, as and when directed by road traffic signs on-site. The Order came into force on Tuesday 19th April 2022, and will have a maximum duration of eighteen months, but will terminate on completion of the works, which is expected to take nine days.
The reason for making this Order is to facilitate LV and HV electricity reinforcement.
