The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it by Section 5A of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (as amended) as the proposal affects a Listed Building. The proposal may also affect the character and appearance of the Conservation Area.
