The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Tyldesley Town Centre A/21/92873/FULL 147 - 149 Elliott Street Tyldesley Manchester M29 8FL. To replace existing UPVC windows with timber sash and casement windows. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
A/21/92924/MAJOR Hindley Green Business Park Leigh Road Hindley Green Wigan. Redevelopment of site to provide 18 B2/B8 industrial units and 2 Class E (B) Drive Thru restaurants, including associated landscaping and parking, following demolition of existing buildings
The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area. Conservation Area: Railway Road A/22/93130/CU Wigan And Leigh College Media Centre Railway Road Leigh. To convert existing media centre to form seven apartments including internal alterations.
A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
