Licensing Act 2003: Application For Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Joy and Joe Retail Limited has applied in respect of Go Local, 64 Junction Lane, St Helens, WA9 3JN for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following; Sale of alcohol [off sales) every day from 08:00h until 22:00h. The premises to be open to the public every day from 07:00h until 22:00h.

Orders of alcohol will be available 24 hours a day via the company/business website only for delivery. The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 IHF at anytime Monday to Friday between time hours of 9:30hrs and 16:30hrs. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 IHF or by email to generallicensing@sthelenc.gov.uk by 20th of May 2022.
