Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Indie Craft Beer Ltd have applied to South Lakeland District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Indie Craft Beer, 35 Finkle Street, Kendal LA9 4AB. The proposed licensable activities are: Live Music (Indoors): Monday- Sunday 10:00-24:00 Recorded Music (Indoors): Monday-Sunday 10:00-24:00 Sale of Alcohol (on and off the premises) Monday-Sunday 10:00-24:00 (New Year's Eve 10:00-01:00); Opening hours Monday-Sunday 10:00-00:30 (New Year's Eve 10:00-01:30).

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Public Protection (Licensing), South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4UQ or e-mail licensing@southlakeland.gov.uk no later than 23 May 2022 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the South Lakeland District Council office at the address given above between 10.00 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.southlakeland.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
