Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 21" April 2022 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other powers.

The General Effects of the Orders would be:
2. To introduce Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Place on the following roads (These will replace any existing Resident/Permit Holder Parking Place at the location); 1) Flexmere Road N17 WEST SIDE: From 5.7 metres south of the southern property line of No.2, south for 6.6 metres. 2) Cavell Road N17 NORTH WEST SIDE: from the north east land boundary of No.20 north east for 6.6 metres. 3) Kevelioc Road N17 EAST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.32/34, south for 6.6 metres. 4) Crelghton Road N17 SOUTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.59/57, east for 6.6 metres. 5) Sherringham Avenue N17 SOUTH SIDE: From a point 0.5 metres west of the shared property boundary of No. 66/68, west for 6.6 metres. 6) Dunloe Avenue N17 WEST SIDE: From a point 1.4 south of the shared property boundary of No.17/19, south west for 6.6 metres. 7) Marriott Road N10 NORTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.23/24, west for 6.6 metres. 8) Barrenger Road N10 WEST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.101/99, south for 6.6 metres. 9) Hillcrest N6 SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point in line with the south western property boundary of 1-28 Dowding House, north east for 6.6 metres. 10) Falkland Road N8 NORTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.31/33, north east for 6.6 metres. 11) Hermitage Road N4 NORTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.39/41, east for 6.6 metres 12) Rathcoole Avenue N8 SOUTH WEST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.40/42, south east for 6.6 metres. 13) Fairview Road N15 EAST SIDE: From a point 2.6 metres south east of the shared property boundary of No.54/56, north west for 6.6 metres. 14) Bury Road N22 NORTH EAST SIDE: From 3 metres north west of the shared property boundary of No.85/87, north west for 6.6 metres.

To replace a Disabled Badge Holders Only Parking place with a Dedicated Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Place on; 1) Birkbeck Road N17 EAST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.34/36, north for 6.6 metres. 2) Palace Road N8 NORTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.58/56, east for 6.6 metres. 3) Hewitt Road N8 SOUTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.72/74, west for 6.6 metres.

4. To remove Disabled Badge Holders Only Parking Places on Riverside Road N15 SOUTH SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.22/24 to the shared property boundary of No.24/26.

5. To remove Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Place on Coniston Road N10 EAST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.48/46 to the shared property boundary of No.46/44.

6. To replace a Disabled Badge Holders Only Parking place with Resident Permit Holders Only Mon-Fri 12noon-2pm on Denton Road N8 SOUTH WEST SIDE: From 0.9 metres north west of the shared property boundary of No.7/9, north west for 5.5 metres.

7. To replace Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Place with Resident Permit Holders Only Mon-Fri 12noon-2pm on Ridge Road N8 SOUTH EAST SIDE: From the shared property boundary of No.84/86, south west for 5.5 metres.

8. To replace Disabled Permit Holders Only Parking Place with shared use Resident Permit Holders Only Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm/Pay by Phone Mon-Sat 8am-6.30pm max stay 2hrs no return In 2hrs on Beaconsfleld Road N15 WEST SIDE: from the shared property boundary of No.24/26, south for 6.6 metres.

9. Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 28" April 2022.

10. Further details: Copies of the Orders referred to above, plans which Indicate the locations and effects of the Orders, and of a Statement of Reasons for making the Orders, may be inspected at the reception desk, Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR or can be viewed online, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, or can be viewed online from the date of enforcement at

11. Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
