Application has been made by Manuia Limited to the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council for a Premises Licence for the Manuia at 1 Cheapside Meadows, Hamsterley, Bishop Auckland, DL13 3RG. The application includes the following terms:- 1. To enable the sale of alcohol between 09:00 and 00:00 hours, Monday to Sunday by off sales only. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 13th May 2022 (

) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
