I Mr Sirajul Miah Do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Darlington Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence at 168-170 Northgate, Darlington DL1 1QU and known as The Viceroy. The application is to: Permit the sale of alcohol on the premises 12.00 to 24.00hrs each day and provide late night refreshment 23.00 to 24.00hrs each day. Interested parties or responsible authorities wishing to make representations on the application must give notice in writing to The Licensing & Parking Manager, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT by 15 November 2013. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) at the Licensing Offices at the above address between the hours of 9.00am to 4.00pm or on the worldwide web at www.darlington.gov.uk
