Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence

Premises:
The Grapes, 28 High Street, Abingdon, OX14 5AX
Notice is given that MCS & JS HERITAGE LTD has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is:
To remove condition 24:
24. An over 21s admittance policy shall be
operated at all times.
To add a new condition:
No persons under the age of 18 shall be on the
premises after 21:00
To amend condition 3 as follows:
3. There shall be at least two door supervisors
on the premises on any day when the premises
is open after midnight.

Date of Notice: 14 APRIL
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
