Mauchline Tree Preservation Order No.3 2021

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that East Ayrshire Council, acting under the powers conferred on them by Sections 160 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997, and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, on 20 April 2022, confirmed without modifications, the Mauchline Tree Preservation Order No. No. 3 2021 in respect of an area of trees located on land to the north of Netherplace Quadrant, Mauchline (NS 4924 2718) and an area of woodland located on land to the north west of Nether Walk, Mauchline (NS 4948 2728). The Mauchline Tree Preservation Order No. 3 2021 was confirmed because these trees are considered to be of significant amenity and landscape value. The trees are, therefore considered worthy of statutory protection under a Tree Preservation Order.
A certified copy of the confirmed Mauchline Tree Preservation Order No. 3 2021 and map annexed thereto may be inspected on East Ayrshire Council's website:
