Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Temporary Traffic Order -Trafalgar Lane, Brighton
1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which when it comes into force will have the following effect:-(a) The Temporary Closure of Trafalgar Lane,
Brighton, from its junction with Trafalgar Street, Brighton for approximately 25 metres in a southerly direction
2. The Order is necessary to allow Scaffolding to be erected on the Lord Nelson Inn.
3. Pedestrian access will be maintained, and a signed diversion route will be in place for vehicular traffic.
4. This Order comes into force on 9th May 2022 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is estimated to be 30th May 2022.
