Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation, On-Street Parking Places and Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2021 (Amendment No. 5) (Part 1) Order 2022 Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) (Variation No. 2) (Part 1) Order 2020

PROPOSALS
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council ("the Council") has made the above Orders on 12 April 2022. The Orders (made in part) come into operation on 25 April 2022 with the effects detailed in Parts 1 and 2 of the Schedules below. The provisions of the above Orders were advertised and consulted on in the proposals (reference P9 2020) entitled Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Parking Regulation & On-street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Variation No. 9) Order 2020 and Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (Traffic Movement and Speed Limit Regulations) (Variation No. 2) Order 2020 from 30 October 2020 until 20 November 2020. The proposals detailed in Part 3 of the Schedules below have been deferred until the completion of latter phases of the Lansdowne Public Realm Project. The proposals detailed in Part 4 of the Schedules below have been abandoned. SUPPORTING INFORMATION

). REPRESENTATIONS
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, as amended, or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within six weeks from 12 April 2022, apply to the High Court for this purpose.

A decision will be made in due course as to whether to make an Order or Orders giving effect to the proposals (in whole or in part) or to abandon them. Should the Council not make such an Order by 30 October 2022 any outstanding proposals will be abandoned.
