NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and the Traffic Management Act 2004, has made temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic. WHAT AND WHERE:

? Northern side of Madeira Road, no parking -no waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time, from the entrance to the multi-storey car park, for a distance of approximately 28 metres in an easterly direction, adjacent to property nos. 7/9 (suspension of Police Parking Bay - entire length) 1 Northern side of Madeira Road, no parking -no waiting at any time and no loading/ unloading at any time, from the entrance to the multi-storey car park, for a distance of approximately 30 metres in a westerly direction (suspension of Payment Parking Bay) WHY: Electrical Connection Works to be carried out on behalf of SSE
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 7th May 2022 until 16th May 2022
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain depending on site safety.

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
The council are satisfied that the works will exceed 18 months and the Order shall be revoked as soon as the works are completed.
