Notice is hereby given that Dedham Parish Council has applied in respect of the Duchy Recreation Field Dedham for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for a Jubilee event from 12:00 to 23:00pm on the 5th June 2022. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 6th May 2022 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
