Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Bakers Lane, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Spring Lane North for a distance of approximately 90m in a north westerly direction. 1. To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Colchester in the Borough of Colchester, from its junction with Rawstorn Road for a distance of approximately 55m in an easterly direction.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Manor Road from its junction with Crowhurst Road for a distance of approximately 35m in a westerly direction for the duration of the above closure only.

3. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Crowhurst Road from its junction with Papillon Road to its junction with Manor Road a distance of approximately 70m for the duration of the above closure only.

The Colchester Borough (Popes Lane, Manor Road, etc) (One Way) Order 1976 will be temporarily amended to include the temporary suspension of one way. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
