(Chapel Hill, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has
made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close Chapel Hill,
Halstead in the District of Braintree, from a point approx.
260m north of A131 for approx. 25m.
The closure is scheduled to commence on 25/04/2022 to
06/05/2022 or where appropriate signs are showing and
weather permitting. The closure is required for the safety
of the public and workforce while new foul connection and
manhole works are undertaken.
The alternative route will be via Chapel Hill, A131, A1124,
A1017, Halstead Road, Sloe Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 25/04/2022 and may
continue in force for 18 months or until the works have
been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Colne Engaine Road, Colne Engaine/ Greenstead Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Colne Engaine Road, Colne Engaine/Greenstead Green in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Halstead Road to the junction with Colne Road a distance of approximately 1945m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 16th May 2022 for 16 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2327691 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Colne Road, Pebmarsh Road, Buntings Green Road, Halstead Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Wethersfield Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 140m south west of its junction with Prayors Hill for a distance of approximately 550m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 23rd May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT026-ADDT - Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. An alternative route is available via Prayors Hill, Rectory Road, Swan Street, Potter Street, Queen Street, Braintree Road, Halstead Road, Hedingham Road, The Street, Church Road, Parkhall Road, Beazley End, Blackmore End, Pattens Farm Road, Blackmore End Road, Morris Green Road, Wethersfield Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 28th April 2022 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Alexandra Road, Sible Hedingham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Alexandra Road, Sible Hedingham in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 30m east of its junction with Church Street for a distance of approximately 95m in an easterly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010650504 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Alexandra Road, Church Street, Rectory Road, Swan Street and vice versa. (Audley End, Gestingthorpe) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Audley End, Gestingthorpe in the District of Braintree, from a point approximately 800m north of the junction with Hedingham Road for a distance of approximately 170m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th May 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AD03010666065/1 - Anglian Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Anglian Water. An alternative route is available via Nether Hill, Sudbury Road, Lower Houses, Bulmer Street, Church Road, Bulmer Tye, Hedingham Road, Broad Road and vice versa. (Ramsey Road/Mitchell Avenue, Halstead) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Ramsey Road/ Mitchell Avenue, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Abels Road to the junction with Holman Road a distance of approximately 370m.

2. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Ramsey Road/Mitchell Avenue, Halstead in the District of Braintree, from the junction with Abels Road to

the junction with Holman Road a distance of
approximately 370m. "The Essex County Council (Braintree District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The closure/restriction is scheduled to commence on 3rd May 2022 for 30 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2318400 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure/restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage system construction works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
