Notice Of Submission Of Environmental Information Under Town And Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 Regulation 20 Land At Stocks Farm, Bramley
Wates Developments applied to Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council on 13th December 2021 for planning permission (application number: 21/03758/OUT) for a residential led development on Land at Stocks Farm, Bramley. The description of development is as follows: "Outline planning permission for the demolition of one dwelling and the construction of up to 140 dwellings with associated community facilities, access and landscaping. The proposed community facilities to be provided include approximately 250 square metres (sqm) of flexible community use to include a combination of co-working floorspace, community shop, and café, in addition to the provision of allotments, an orchard, a skate park, a Bowling Green and approximately 16.29 hectares (Ha) of open space." An Environmental Statement was prepared to accompany the planning application in accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (The EIA Regulations).
