ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Waiting Restricitons Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate gas main replacement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in Defoe Avenue and Ruskin Avenue, at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs and/or cones. The restrictions will be on a rolling basis.
3. The order will come into effect on 2 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 2 May 2022 until 10 July 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Parking Suspension Lichfield Road, Kew

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate construction works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce temporary waiting restrictions in Lichfield Road, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the parking bay sited outside No.19 Lichfield Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 4 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 4 May 2022 until 30 April 2023. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Order will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.

PRINCES ROAD, TEDDINGTON

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames propose to make the above Orders under section 6 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order will be to upgrade single yellow lines in Princes Road, Teddington to double yellow lines, on its northern side, between its junction with Wellington Road, and a point 25.5 metres east of that point, and on its southern side, between its junction with Wellington Road and a point 20.9 metres east of that point.
3. Copies of the proposed Order, plans showing the location and effect of the proposals and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order: -
(a) can be inspected, quoting Reference 22/105 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and
(b) may be viewed on the Council's web-site at http://www.richmond.gov.uk/public_notices
4. Persons wishing to object to or support the proposals or any part thereof should write to the Head of Engineering, Traffic and Parking Policy, London Borough of Richmond upon Thames, Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham TW1 3BZ within 28 days of the date of this Notice giving the grounds of their objection. Temporary Road Closure Vine Road, Barnes

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate sewer cover and frame replacements in the carriageway, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Vine Road, Barnes.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to proceed, wait or stand in Vine Road, from its junction with Upper Richmond Road to a point outside No. 16 Vine Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 1 May 2022. The restrictions will remain in force overnights between 22.00 on 1 May 2022 until 05.00 on 2 May 2022 and again between 22.00 on 2 May 2022 until 05.00 3 May 2022. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. An alternative route for traffic will be available via Vine Road, Upper Richmond Road, White Hart Lane, Mill Hill Road, Rocks Lane and Priests Bridge
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
6. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle.
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a traffic warden; or
(c) emergency service vehicles, subject to site conditions at the time of any emergency.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

Temporary Bus Lane Suspension Richmond Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate utility works that they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order the effect of which is to introduce a bus lane suspension in Richmond Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, all the bus lane on the north-western side of Richmond Road between a point outside No. 33 Richmond Road and a point outside No. 71 Richmond Road shall be suspended.
3. The order will come into effect on 26 April 2022 will be in force at all times from 26 April 2022 until 28 April 202 where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the sooner.
4. Nothing in the Order applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used, or any person in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

PROPOSED RELOCATION OF ROAD HUMP
PRINCES ROAD, TEDDINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames proposes to relocate a road hump in Princes Road, Teddington.
The hump will be relocated in Princes Road, Teddington to facilitate a new vehicular crossover, so it is sited 15 metres east of the eastern kerb-line of Wellington Road. The length of the hump will be 3.4 metres with a height of 75mm
A drawing showing the proposed design will be available for public inspection, quoting reference 22/104, at: -
(a) the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; or

Temporary Waiting Restrictions Bicester Road and Lambert Avenue, Richmond Meadlands Drive, Ham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate delivery and collection of temporary accommodation to facilitate the holding of the London Local Authority Elections, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in the above-mentioned roads.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the lengths of streets at the times specified on the Schedule to this Notice.
3. The order will come into effect on 3 May 2022. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 3 May 2022 until 6 May 2022. The provisions of the order will be in force where relevant signs/cones are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
