(Tweed Green, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022
The Scottish Borders Council (Tweed Green, Peebles) (Temporary No Waiting) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 29 April 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for replacement a Scottish Water manhole.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along both sides of Tweed Green, Peebles from a point 20 metres south of Eynhallow Nursing Home to a point 20 metres north of Eynhallow Nursing Home.

(Damside, Innerleithen) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (Damside, Innerleithen) (Temporary Closing) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 29 April 2022 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 18:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water manhole repairs.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Damside, Innerleithen at its junction with Bond Street. The alternative routes are as follows:
Southbound via Damside, Leithen Road, Strand and Damside to the point of closure. Northbound via Damside, Strand, Leithen Road, High Street and Chapel Street to the point of closure.

(South Parks, Peebles) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022

The Scottish Borders Council (South Parks, Peebles) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2022 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 00:01 on 25 April 2022 and is expected to remain in effect until 23:59 on 1 May 2022 - 24 hour closure and restriction. The Order is required for resurfacing works.
When the Order comes into effect, no person shall:
(a) walk or cycle on the footway on South Parks, Peebles between the junctions to South Parks Industrial Estate. The alternative pedestrian route is via the footpath on the south side of South Parks; and

(b) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked on both sides of South Parks, Peebles from number 28 to number 23.
