Proposed licensable activities and their timings are as follows: late night refreshment (indoors) -Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00-sale by retail of alcohol (off the premises) - Monday-Sunday, 06:00-00:00. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an applicationfor the grant of a premises licence or club premises certificate. A person guilty of such an offence liable to an unlimited fine.
