(Stanley Way Footpaths, Billy Row) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2022

The Council on 20/4/22 made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 as amended, Section 14 (1) to prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding on the following lengths of footpath in Billy Row: 1. A 25 metre length extending eastward between numbers 36 and 39, 2. A 15 metre length extending southward and westward from the footpath in 1. and generally westward from the western side of number 39, 3. A 35 metre length extending northward and eastward between numbers 46-51, to enable footpath resurfacing works to be undertaken. Alternative routes will be available locally to pedestrian traffic during the works periods. The maximum duration of the Order is 6 months. The proposed works are to commence on 25/4/22 between 7.30am and 3.30pm daily and are anticipated to be completed in 2 weeks. On occasions, alternative dates for closure may be necessary and these will be signed accordingly.
