The supply of alcohol (off sales only) each day between the hours of 10.00 to 20.00. 2. The premises to be open to the public each day between the hours of 10.00 and 20.00. Representations must be made in writing to Ryedale District Council Licensing Department, Ryedale House, Old Malton Road, Malton, YO17 7HH within 28 days of the date of the application shown above. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Maximum penalty, £5,000.
